Sesame salmon with bok choy

1 inch piece of fresh ginger peel and grated
1tsp soy sauce
1tsp sesame oil
4 skinless salmon fillets
2tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp Lime juice
For stir fry
3 small bok shoy
1bunch of scallions
2 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper
Add ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil in a pan which is large
enough for salmon fleets. Add salmon and coat both sides evenly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides. Set aside ½ hr to
Cut bok choy and scallions.
Cook Salmon for 4-5 min turn and cook for another 4-5 min.
In another pan heat sesame oil, add bok choy and scallions. Season
with salt and pepper. Stir fry for 4-5 min.
Add lime juice and serve immediately.
