HOW TO ADD CUSTOM IMAGE SIGNATURE TO EVERY BLOG POST

How to add custom signature for every blog post

Have you ever wonder how to add image signature for your blog post? Well, I am for a while until I found the method.
First of all, you need a signature image. You can create your own signature in Picmonkey. Just open 300*100 canvas. Select background color. Choose fancy fonts and there you have a simple image signature. Upload it to an image hosting site such as Photobucket and save the direct link to the image.
Now there are two ways of adding a signature. I prefer the first method because, in that case, viewers can’t pin your signature accidently and most importantly if you ever want to change your signature you only have to change it in CSS. In the second method, if you change your signature, you have to manually change it in older posts. Changes only reflect in newer posts.
Method 1
Go to Layout->template designer. Select CSS tab. Enter the below CSS with your signature link.
.entry-content:after {
content: url(URL);
margin-left: 250px;
}
Do not use “” quotes inside URL(URL), which I marked red above. The CSS won’t work that way.
For example
.entry-content:after {
content: url(http://i1283.photobucket.com/albums/myBlog/blog/SIG_6392b.png);
margin-left: 250px;
}
250px defines where your signature place in blog relative to the left-hand corner. You can change it, play it around and see what number is perfect for your blog.
Method 2
Go to Settings -> posts and comments
In post template, add below
<center><img src=”image URL” border=”0″ alt=” photo signature”/></center>
For example

<center><img src=”http://i1283.photobucket.com/albums/myBlog/blog/SIG_6392b.png ” border=”0″ alt=” photo signature.png”/></center>

There you go. You have successfully added image signature to your blog.
