You may be a good photographer, or you may find a really good image for your blog. Either way, you have to enhance it in order to use it on your blog. Of course, you can use it as it is, if it is your own image chances are it really need some enhancement; any good photographer will agree on that.
Image enhancing is more like the seasoning for your image. With proper seasoning, any dish can enhance its flavor by thousand times. If you want your blog to be up and running and attract more readers, one of the key aspects you have to focus is images you add to your blog. It doesn’t have to take hours of labor to do such thing; maybe some basic edits can help you in a great deal.
Photoshop is not free if you are a pro at photoshop that’s the best thing that can happen. But for most of us, it is not the option. Also, Picmonkey has paid version too. You can make a Good image using free version; trust me. Why pay more? Some of my free image enhancing tools are Picmonkey and Canva. So let’s focus on Picmonkey this time. Shall we?

first, go to http://www.picmonkey.com/
Got to Edit -> Choose from computer -> Upload your photo
There is a menu bar on your left-hand side. Those are all you ever wanted to edit an image. Some are pretty obvious such as crop and resize. Exposure and colors are the most important items in order to enhance your image.
Go and play with exposure. It has auto adjust feature, sometimes it works but sometimes it won’t.
Above image is the result of auto adjust. It didn’t do any good for this image. So I manually change the settings for my preference.
Another important thing is colors tab. It also has auto adjust feature, But I prefer manually change settings and see how it goes.
