several weeks I have posted anything. So for begin with I thought of sharing a
banana bread recipe. It is much healthier version and absolutely delicious. It only
takes several minutes to mix the ingredients and there you go, yummy and
healthy treat.

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1½ cup flour (I use whole wheat)
¾ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
1tsp vanilla
1 cup yogurt
½ cup maple syrup
2 eggs
2tsp vegetable oil
Sliced almonds and chocolate chips for topping
Method
Preheat the oven to 3500. At the same time in a large
bowl smash bananas using fork. Add all the ingredients and mix well.

Pour the mixture in to square pan and topped it with sliced almonds
and chocolate chips.

Bake for 30-35 minutes.
