last month. And it was soo amazing.
Beautiful weather, delicious meals, it was quite an adventure for me
since it was my first time in California. We went to San Francisco, Los Angeles,
San Diego, Grand Canyon and las Vegas. I thought of sharing our experience and
give you some tips if you are also planning a trip around this area. So here
comes part1 San Francisco.
gate bridge, cable car and fisherman wharf. For me those are the highlight of San
Francisco. If you are running out of time or in a rush at least go to those
of your trip. There are 3 cable car lines, powel-hyde line, powel-mansion line
and California line. Powel-hyde line is the busiest of all. You always have to
wait in the line to go there, but it was fun
waiting in the line seeing the cable car turnaround, street performers.
line from the downtown and hanging from the right side when leaving from downtown, and
hanging from the left side when leaving from the wharf for the best ocean
views. We bought 3day ticket even thought we ride only 2 days because it was
cheaper. It can be used on both cable cars and city buses. So if you are
walking much around city it would cheaper than buying tickets every time.
Francisco. You can reach it through powell-hyde cable car line. It stops at the
top of the hill.
evening. The views, street performers
and food all are perfect.
amazing view of the city. If you have time most enjoyable way is to walk, the
views are amazing. Since we have limited time we drove up and the views are
incredible. You can see almost everything, the golden gate bridge, coit tower,
bay bridge, Alcatraz. Go early is the best advice I can give since it was
pretty much crowded.
tight schedule you can skip this. It’s just my opinion. I missed coit tower
because we had limited time but I wish I visited there instead of painted
excieted to go there. The reason we didn’t go there in the morning is I read
somewhere it is foggy in the morning. But we visited there the next day morning
also it was not foggy at all. Remember
if you’re going to south to north south parking lot has limited space. So we
parked our car at downtown and reached there by bus. Oh god it was soo much
easier if we go there by car itself. At least to check there are spaces
available. It took us nearly more than an hour to go there by bus. And once we
missed the stop and oh it was a disaster. Hehe.
Biking is the easy way. Instead of that we decided to walk (I’m not a good
biker and I don’t want to hit anybody by showing my biking skills he he).it was
such an amazing experience. The views and everything was amazing. Once you
walked to the other side we took another bus to go to ferry stop in Sausalito
and came all the way back by ferry. Sausalito is a beautiful neighborhood. If you
have time and energy walk all the way to the Sausalito gives you the best
views. But I was already tired and so we took the bus.
We are riding the cable car again weeee. I promise you guys riding along the
nob hills at night gives you whole new experience and great views.
